1
Day 1: - CAIRO

Arrival, reception and assistance at the airport with visa procedures, transfer to the hotel and check-in at the hotel after 2:00 p.m. Overnight stay.

Day 2: - CAIRO

Breakfast at the hotel, departure from the hotel to begin the full-day tour to visit the three Pyramids of Cheops, Chephren and Micah of Giza, built over 4,500 years ago, called the Great Pyramids of Egypt, which still remain a mystery due to their alignment and construction. Alongside these magnificent monuments coexist other temples and pyramids, including the famous Sphinx of King Khafre, with the body of a Lion, and visit the Valley Temple. Stop for lunch at a local restaurant. Continue visiting the Museum of Antiquities (duration 02 HRS) founded in 1857 by the French Egyptologist Auguste Mariette, which exhibits artifacts from the Pharaonic period. The museum displays a collection of rare art dating back 5,000 years that is considered the largest and most precious collection of Egyptian art in the world. and we will also be able to admire the fabulous treasure of Tutankhamun discovered by Howard Carter in 1822 and more monuments of ancient Egypt. Return to the hotel and overnight.

(OPTIONAL TOUR) Dinner with oriental belly dancing show in a floating restaurant with roundtrip transfer from the hotel. 2:00 p.m. Overnight.

Day 03: CAIRO/ASWAN (Flight included) - Full board

Breakfast at the hotel. Transfer to Cairo airport and flight to Aswan. Arrival at Aswan airport, transfer to the Nile cruise and check-in at 12:00 p.m. (lunch is included in the Nile cruise). Start the guided tour on a felucca (a typical Egyptian sailing boat) to admire the panoramic view of the Mausoleum of Agha Khan, Elephantine Island and the Botanical Gardens as well as transfer to visit the Temple of Philae, built in the Ptolemaic period and dedicated to the Goddess Isis, the complex was dismantled and transferred to Agilkia Island, which through the intervention of UNESCO was saved from the waters of the Aswan Dam. It was one of the last places of pharaonic worship in operation until the 6th century AD, and where the last known hieroglyphic inscription is recorded, dated 395 AD. At the end of the visit, return to the Nile cruise. Dinner and overnight.

Day 04: ASWAN/KOM OMBO/EDFU – Full Board

Breakfast, possibility for those interested in taking the optional visit to Abu Simbel.

(OPTIONAL TOUR) Visit the temple of Abu Simbel, the temple of RAMSES II, the largest fort in Egyptian history, and visit the temple ofhis favorite wife NEFERTARY, 280 km from Aswan by bus.

Lunch on board. After lunch, sail to Komombo, upon arrival visit the Temple (Temple of Komombo) built in sandstone during the Ptolemaic and Roman periods and dedicated to two conquests: Sobek, with the head of a crocodile, and Haroéris with the head of a falcon. Visit the Crocodile Museum, dedicated to the history of the cult and mummification of that animal in Ancient Egypt. Sail to Edfu. Dinner on board and overnight.

Day 05: EDFU/ESNA/LUXOR – Full Board

Breakfast and visit to the Temple of Edfu dedicated to the God Horus – Falcon God, built during the Ptolemaic period, it is considered one of the most prestigious pharaonic temples and is in the best state of conservation. Return to the Nile cruise and sail to Luxor via the Esna lock. Lunch on board, afternoon tea served on the Sun deck. Arrival in Luxor and visit to the east bank of Luxor, where we will see the destroyed complex of Karnak, dedicated to Amun Ra. Known since Pharaonic antiquity as Ipet-isut, this was the most important cult center dedicated to the triad of Amun, Mut and Khonsu. The temple of Amun and the sacred precinct of Karnak are connected by an avenue of sphinxes with the body of a Lion and the head of Amun. Continue to visit the temple of Luxor. In the evening, watch the oriental show (Galabeya Feast) on the Nile cruise. Dinner on board and overnight stay.

Day 06: LUXOR – Full Board

(OPTIONAL TOUR) Balloon ride over Luxor

Breakfast and check-out from the Nile cruise. Transfer to the hotel for check-in, after lunch, visit the West Bank, which is the City or Kingdom of the Dead, where the royal funerary temples, the necropolises of the officials and, in the mountains, the Tombs of the Kings (Valley of the Kings) are located. Visit the necropolis with the Temple of Queen Hatshepsut at Deir el-Bahari and the Colossi of Memnon, two monumental statues of the enthroned Amenhotep III, which decorated the entrance to this funerary temple. The colossi are the only surviving remains. They are imposing and still maintain their role as guardians of the Valley of the Kings. At the end of the visit, transfer to the hotel in Luxor, check-in, dinner and overnight.

Day 07: LUXOR / CAIRO (Flight included)

Breakfast - Check-out from the hotel. Transfer to the airport for flight to Cairo. Arrival and transfer to the hotel. Check-in at the hotel. Overnight stay.

Day 08: CAIRO (Final Departure)

Breakfast, check out from the hotel and transfer to the airport for final departure.
